Site visits will be scheduled and conducted as appropriate to the proposal, organization requesting funding, and geographical area.
Grant Cycle Deadline

- November 30: Final reports from prior year grant due (*if funded during previous year)
- December 23: Grant applications due
- Early-March: Notification of proposal acceptance or declination
- Mid-March: Grant agreements and checks are mailed for approved proposals. (*A signed copy of the grant agreement must be uploaded to online system prior to distribution of check.)
- March 31st: All grant checks must be deposited by this date.
All organizations submitting a proposal will receive notification regarding a decision on the proposal.
Reporting
All grants require a programmatic report documenting how funds were used and to help us learn more about the accomplishments and challenges of the organizations we support. The timely submission of reports plays an important role in the grants process. Organizations that do not submit a grant report for a prior year grant may not receive funding even if another proposal is submitted. All reports must be submitted online by November 30 of the following year.
